I'm right here! And I have been for a long time now. I just don't think so much about writing anymore. It's a pity though since I know that this will be very fun to read once I decide to move back home to Sweden.

So what have you been up to Simon? Well, I have mostly focused on my studies. Right now there is a special period at the dutch university that is much shorter than normal. This period is only four weeks and is done at 100% so it's a lot more to do that usual. We're currently developing something that we call the "Barinator". I'm fairly sure that it wont be used but I hope that it will at least give as a good grade. We are finishing the Barintor project on Thursday so hopefully I can provide my faithful readers with a link then so they can try it out.

I have also been preparing for my master thesis work. It will carried out at a company located here in Amsterdam. My work will involve JPEG image compression. I will probably write more about this in the future.

Hopefully I can start my thesis work in the beginning of February. The only thing I'm waiting for is a daily supervisor but since the university extremely slow I have to wait a little longer. Answering emails quickly is not one of their best skills.

But Simon, doesn't all work and no play make you a dull boy? Well yes, yes indeed it does, and that's why I have also been to different clubs and parties during the weekends. This is my first weekend this year that I didn't go to any party at all. Last weekend I had my dear friend Jochren Erik Hans over, also known as Jocke. We found the time to hit several clubs and fill the weekend with lots of adventure.
